See I agree with this....its a double-edged sword.

Nobody for any reason deserves harassment and to be stalked.
AT THE SAME TIME, Said idea CAN be used to Harass and Stalk other people.

If you want to be a Private Person and not share your info. Cool, I support this.
But if you can just toggle it on and off, then this can be used as a Consequence-Free / Get-out-of-jail-FREE Card.
