Yes, "I was banned for X" usually doesn't mean someone was actually banned for only this. Especially when they even go so far as opening a thread in the forum or on reddit to show it everywhere and get confirmation for their point of view. I suppose there is a reason why this user doesn't show an image of the whole adventurer plate... And considering how many people tried to stretch the ToS boundaries for trolling purposes, it is fairly safe to say that this portrait of a naked lala was not an accident. (From what I heard from another case you are just asked to reset it and make something else the first time, like with a ToS-violating username.)
