PVP Ranking - MAKES NO SENSE? Change Immediately.

Am I correct in that you can no longer que in PVP as a team, yet RANKINGS are base on "Team effort" with a bunch of pickup. Win or Loser YOUR ranking (not team) is based on a bunch of random players.

IF you have to keep Rankings I have two solutions:

1; Make PVP a Battle royal (No teams)(dont know how you will defend against online chat systems with cooperatative help).

2; As you play the Current version of PVP, it will be based on a point systems of experience. Players will always received point to get rewards and placing of bronze, silver, and gold in ascending orders). So everyone can get to gold just by playing.

3; to throw a bone at actual PVP players that enjoy this crap, the "platinum" and "crystal" RANKING can be won ONLY by DUELING. To keep it balance*(what a joke), DUELING can only be in PVP DUTY FINDER and it must be RANDOM.

AS a crap PVP player, this would raise the enjoyment for me and "feel" fairer. I've played round after round, most times I don't even die and I still lose cause of "team effort".

Pretty much this, the jobs aren't balanced for 1v1s - you will have a miserable time.

just to whine some more. "YOUR" PVP ranks are based on what 9 other players do, regardless of your "efforts".
The OLD PVP was pre-mades and you could improve on your skills as a team and the jobs actually played like they are supposed to not EVERYONE is a DPS.
The NEW PVP is random and skill level is random. The game trys to balance teams, but i'm bronze and i've had to fight diamon and gold and others.
Then you factor in the plug ins. Nothing is fair about YOUR RANK.

SquareEnix should just make a standard award towards ranking base on your job. For example, Tank-Damage received. Healer-Damage Heal, DPS Damage dealt. Every say 100000 points of whatever you get 100pt towards rank up...build enough point move up a rank.
That fair, its only on what YOUR DO, not the other 9 people.

Bronze is stupid easy to climb out of. If you're stuck there then the problem is you.

Ah yes, the same old "your contribution doesn't matter", sure it is dimnished by the total number of players in your game but if a single player couldn't make a difference over multiple games, we wouldn't have the same people in top 100 season after season.

Old pvp had duo premades only in training. As far as rank goes it was solo q only. There was probably one season of rank premades. However, I dont think i was there to experience that.

As far as other people affecting you rank that is true to a degree. However, at the end of the day if you want results you'll put in the required work necessary to get to where you want to go, and you'll stop relying on other people.

The game is fair enough as it is. Stop whining about your teammates being RNG, because just like you're dealing with it everyone else that is playing the game is dealing with it too. Unless match fixing exist there are 0 exemptions from the RNG ruling. Solo q and RNG will always co-exist.
