Just instance the house floors allowing them for large 600 each floor instance medium 200 and small 150.

Large Technically have 2 floors, unless they are going to remove the balchony thing that is inside the main floor on large, would be great if we could get rid of that as well.

EDIT: That way you can also adjust the lightning and more things different on each floor

if you think a small is fine with 200 items, then you haven't decorated a small properly, let alone an apartment at 100 items.

There's no such standard as "decorate properly". How a house gets decorated is up to the owner's personal taste and desires.

I've seen plenty of FC rooms, apartments and small houses decorated just fine within the item limits (or even much less).

You might want to go for more elaborate builds but not everyone does.

Drink dispense is about 10, Window wall I am guessing is around 40 items depending what what was used for the water and backdrop.

Also...note the custom ceiling which is like what 9 Flooring mats for a small I think? or is it 12?

That’s another solution then, SE can and should be introducing these items as singular item, so we don’t have to spend 40 items just to have a backdrop wall.

Probably some floated beds above as well so you don't clip through the false ceiling. I wish there was collision on all items so you don't have to do that. ;n;

Aye though the more expensive/less item intensive solution is to use eastern ponds.
Imagine if we could remove pillars and adjust ceiling height/remove chandeliers?
