Can we have an official response on the RMT sub FC farms?

There are more effective ways to report what you think are RMT farms. Instead of bitching and moaning on the forums, go make a report. Right, you can't because you have no evidence because there is no evidence of RMT. This is your 2nd thread about the same topic. Don't you have a real dead horse to beat?

Make sure to keep making threads and bringing it up to SE, just don't mention the big R word, don't name call and don't call them names.
Sub farms needs to be dismantled even if there is no R*T involved, they hurt the gil economy and the housing system.
This week 3 of the small house sub farms that surround my fc house (all completely empty and void of furniture) moved suddenly, went looking on the new wards because I remembered the names, found them on the new wards with mediums and larges they can now resell at 200% extra value.
No matter how many wards they add they will just always be a shortage and these people are not helping the problem, they will just keep expanding and adding more sub farms, there is no risk of investment whatsoever no matter what they tell you.

There's 1000+ on Seraph by itself. Seraph has twice the population of Halicarnassus and thrice that of Marilith and Maduin, it's approximately 10,000 empty on Dynamis alone. This is a single data center, you don't even have to start talking about multiple regions! Not to mention this doesn't even include wards 25-30 which are closed because of how many empty plots there still are. With data center travel you still can play with all your friends on Crystal, Aether, and Primal! If anyone here is looking for a house, come on over to Dynamis!! I love how you show up in this topic as well, something tells me you are worried they might end up patching the subs abuse thing to generate gil and ruin your business.. Like I'm not sure why you are making such a fuss about someone reporting a huge issue like this and then you always jump in trying to get the beating and then cry out loud victimizing yourself.

Yes, that must be it. Or maybe, they don't like the fact that they are being put on display by other players in the forums which is also against the ToS. We can't all pick and choose what rules we think others are breaking.

The FC system has not largely been changed for years now. The most recent addition was that FC Master can only be transferred to an FC member who has been in the FC for 30 days. This was to reduce FC house re-sales.

On a single service account, you can purchase 1 FC house from the placard and have other accounts/players transfer you the ownership of 7 other FCs with houses. FC Master can also be transferred if the existing FC Master has not logged in for 35 days.

SE/GMs have been aware of this and multi-house owners have reported themselves. Heck, some of the most popular house designers, even in JP are multi-house owners.

No idea. On some servers, people have reported being able to buy multiple FC houses from the placard on a single service account. So the placard restriction is not even consistent across servers.

Every character on your account can hold a FC, that's 40 characters per region.
They just made it harder to transfer FC lead to those characters, but it's still possible.

Someone defending themselves from baseless accusations isn't making a "fuss". It's basically chasing off some lunatic who is pissing on your lawn, pretty normal i'd say.

Also, everyone who is heavily invested into submarines knows that it could be changed at any moment and it's probably not their only source of revenue.
You have to be decently rich to get it going in the first place, so don't you worry about them.
