Instead of having 3 classes that want exactly the same stats and are playing to the same style, you could, in this case, have other stats that matter, different gear stats that give those, and a different style of play highlighted.
This won't actually happen, CRIT will win in the end over everything, and "do more DPS" will be the only thing that matters.
