More Limited Jobs

I'm not against limited job out of principle, trying to have a balanced and streamlined roster of jobs is just at odds with some of the whackier jobs the franchise has come up with over the years. The issue is when it's too much on the backburner. I like that BLU exists in the game. Blue carnival is well made content for what BLU should be in my opinion and it does a great job one shotting unsync'd EX trials for WT.

Herein lies the problem with adding another limited job. It needs to offer something different from BLU. It also needs to be something they can fit into the development cycle with all the other regular content they keep turning out.
