For me, none of the things they suggested has worked for me.

It has been 5 months from that post and whattaknow, this system has been broken for this long if not longer.
(I don't remember the release dates of anything as I left shortly after 6.1)

So the 6.1 version aka the beta was better than the official launch and it's garbage. This is sad.

It's not my problem if you don't want to provide detailed info on what's going wrong. This problem isn't going to be seen or fixed by offering vague complaints, like "it's broken". It's not gaslighting if I'm asking for more information. It's troubleshooting and I make no apologies for not taking what you say at face value because people out there make so many mistakes with this stuff.

I followed what they suggested in the notes for 6.2 and I haven't had any problems. Today, I'm playing around with a piece of gear that has a visor and noticed it gives an error. This is likely due to the change where it wants to see someone's face in the picture to avoid all that lewd nonsense that was around before. That's the only thing I can find that's not quite working.

I had some trouble getting it to work on patch day along with most people. Another suggestion I can make is to use a healer or tank, and queue up for either Trials or Raids roulette to check if its working. There was no way I was going to confine myself to a duty of 15min+ when I was troubleshooting the system.

Explorer mode is a better and faster way to test things out. I just tried it out solo and it still shows my portrait.
