The way the lottery works is that there is an "entry period", and a "results period". Right now is the results period for the most recent lottery. On the 15th the next entry period will start. At that point you have 5 days to pick the lot you want to bid on. You only have one bid, and you cant take it back after you place it so choose wisely(waiting until closer to the end of the entry period so you can pick a house with less bids on it can be an advantage). When the entry period ends the system picks 1 winner from the entries on each plot. That person now has 4 days to claim the lot. So remember(write down?) which house you bid on(ward and lot), and once the results period starts make sure to go visit the placard to see if you won. If you didnt win, you can get your entry fee back from the placard.
