MSQ, hopefully I got that spoiler tag thing right.
since Golbez said he has no need of minions anymore, I wonder if he'll show up on the source alone?
Plus can't remember were I heard this but I heard something big was suppose to happen in 6.5 that leads us into next expansion, wonder if Golbez will succeed at tearing the vail completely between the 13th & the Source?
It was fine if you ran Reaper in 6.0 then they saw you use Reaper arts plenty, canonically all jobs you have could've been one you ran MSQ on so they all count / factor into the continuation of the story so it's not really out of place. In this case the references didn't feel very...natural as the characters in question had no direct association with the RPR job NPCs and thus would have no way of reliably knowing you were actually skilled in the craft short of waving your scythe/avatar around in front of them.
It's historically been people who are actually from the respective job questlines who mention your skills, such as A-ruhn mentioning your WHM proficiency in the pre-Garlemald bits.
As for re treading the 13th I feel like we're going back to Crystal Tower & just using it to re-open it's Void Gate & maybe we'll get to see Unei & Doga again & deal with WoD if they didn't finish her off.
A system error occurred during event movement.
So here are my thoughts
just feel kinda disappointed, it felt very 'we must kill the rest of the fiends to thin out the cast' honestly. On the alliance raid story plots, i liked the fights. aesthetically there all cool as hell but i cant help but hope the venat connnection is a red herring, one in that it feels like once again the whole 'moving away from the ancients' thing was a lie. Two is that i feel it raises too many questions than answers. Tried the ex out and i already feel burn out honestly
What I really wonder is if Golbez is going to die or if he's going to be a character in 7.0. Not as the main villain but maybe as a secondary one.
Do you think our first battle with Golbez (probably in 6.4) is going to be our last? I don't know, I kinda feel like there's too much building up for it to just finish next patch or 6.5.
Difficult to tell at this point, but What I will say is I really hope that when we do finally face Golbez in battle it isn't us (the WoL) that does all the fighting. In my view that fight needs to be Vrtra's, and he needs to make a Golbez barbeque! What I really wonder is if Golbez is going to die or if he's going to be a character in 7.0. Not as the main villain but maybe as a secondary one.

My thoughts on these stories
MSQ
I liked it. I wondered why we would be in Garlemald and Vrtra feeling his sisters aether in that direction made sense. I loved what they did with Zero here. Her changing a bit because of what she saw in the time spend there was nice. A bit annoyed at Alisaie though. Her behavior seemed a bit of.
Her being jealous that Graha was exploring the dungeon with us instead of her...even though she was staying in Garlemald to help rebuild it. Her being so open about a friendship with Zero, even after she and Graha had nearly died by her hands. I thought she would be the one most against it.
The dungeon was really nice and I liked that I got some special dialogue because I had done the reaper quests. (Still feels strange though that the scions are fine with us having a pact with a voidsend)
I did not feel much with the fiends because I have not played the game they came from. So for me all of them were just boss monsters that needed to be put down. So it felt alright that one of them was just a dungeon boss.
We also get a glimpse on Golbez plan and we lost access to the void. I wonder how we will get there and what will happen in 6.4. Since we have two patches left I doubt that we will already defeat him in the next one.
I also doubt that he will succeed. Putting the barrier down and destroying the void would put an end on that one side quest where certain characters hope to rebuild their home world. And it would bascially destroy the reaper job because our voidsend would be gone too.
Yoshida did say that something will happen that will change the world for 7.0 but I cant just see what. I am also a bit tired if this would just be another calamity after we have just stopped the Endsinger.
In the end I hope that Zero and Vrtras sister will make it out alive.
24 man raid
I also liked this raid but a bit less than the first one. The music was good but not as good as the first one and it felt a bit more easier than the other. I liked the designs of the new gods and I loved the questline after we finished the raid.
The gods following us around as minions was funny and cute. I am still not sure if they arent some kind of primals. They say that they are not like that but they get their powers, looks and behavior from the people believing in them. Just like primals do. Maybe they are a bit different because they seemed to be created by Hydealyn herself to guide the mortals but other than that they feel no different than for example Ifrit.
Right now its still open who Deryk will turn out to be. I guess its very likely that he is one of the gods.
I do look forward to the last raid in 6.5. We still dont really know why the gods even wanted to fight us and what the end goal is. I hope this does not mean that they disappear at the end...I already liked that they are not bad guys in this and want them to live on.
With regards to

the gods being Primals - the implication could be that they're Dynamis-based primals as opposed to Aether based ones we're used to
I've noticed something extremely huge with this patch and some others involving the WoL and that is
they can't ever escape the fiendish Rowena and her damnable Tomestones.. we have signed our lives away in servitude to her... even the Twelve know as they gave us a mfin tomestone for the collection of knowledge *grossly will over look the fact that it was our character who thought of it. * <_<>_>
