I mean, I'm sure there are plugins for f***ing, because chunks of the internet are basically humanity's libido given digital form, but I hope they aren't being used in raid... :P

More seriously... I have no words, only some small spark of hope that this is satire/parody being pasted here. If it's serious... as someone who wrote add-ons back in the WildStar world (where they were officially supported), the level of sheer entitlement there demanding an update from people who almost assuredly do this in their spare time is just...

I don't raid, don't care about it too much - but I DO wish there was a feature that could tell me what my alts and their retainers had in inventory - that would be very useful. We had that in a game inspired by Tolkien's works, don't see the harm in that.

I too hope this is just complete satire.

While I have not been scripting anything myself, I make no efforts to hide that I know a lot about 3rd party tools. So far, every bit of content I have seen in this game can easily be done without those tools, now more than ever since they added the damage types and partylist effect durations. Even the dreaded Gaol Line from Titan in UW Ultimate can be done with either simply calling a number via voice or using self-marking if you notice a marker below you.

Source: on my way of clearing every single content in the game, short of only Deep Dungeons, DRS, UCoB and DSR (and soon TOP).

He'll either get banned eventually or harassed into the ground by those already there. That server has pretty low patience for people like that.

Also if the poster is the one that posted the address, I'm putting my bet down that it's not even the person's real address and one they scooped off Google Maps.

Someone described the program he is waiting for as “trigganometry on steroids” so I assume it is a cactbot style program with more hand holding. I personally have never heard of this program until image 1 was released.

Imagine being unable to play the game without XIV combo.

While a horrible solution in general, you can literally macro that shit. Something like this:

/ac "Fast Blade"
/hotbar copy <syntax to copy Riot Blade macro from another hotbar on another class)
/micon "Fast Blade"

Create one for each required combo button, make combo finisher cycle back to combo starter.

Downsides:
- requires some macro knowledge
- usual downsides of macros like no skill queueing
- requires a fair bit of trigger discipline

Upside:
- budget workaround for nonexistence of XIVcombo (creates PVP style combos and puts certain logical abilities behind each other, like Ikishoten -> Ogi Namikiri -> Keishi: Namikiri)

If only Square would finally rework macros, mouseover usage and party frames. Even just a horizontal party list would be a massive QoL change. Coupled with working mouseover with proper skill queuing they could strike off another plugin from their list.
