Biggest problem with this is when there is someone watching a cutscene, in something like the Tower of Paradigms Breach, that is decent in length, and your star explodes when it's half done. Those type of situations are why the ready check is available though...yet a large number of AST decide that the second they reach the boss arena(even when the raid didn't start for a long time as everyone was waiting for cutscenes to end before the gate dropped) they will throw their Earthly Star down.
