"FOMO" when you have 4 months to do it. That shit was done within the first month. If anything there should be more rewards / incentive so people keep playing PVP, CC ranked queues are constantly dead

They will possibly be able to obtain things later down the line.

The whole FOMO of this is because we had only two Series Passes, therefore no data to pull from.

If they had put the Series 1 rewards immediately up for Crystals, it would've defeated the purpose of having Passes in the first place. If a Series reward is available for Trophy Crystals immediately after the series ends, why play that series?

It promotes activity by encouraging to play in a specific time frame. It is not mutually exclusive to unvaulting rewards at a later time.

I suggest we wait until Series 3 and 4 before we lose our minds over Series rewards being hypothetically time limited so we actually have data.
