As someone on Goblin who despises our NN, I can tell you it's not a thing at all and that that poster is full of it lol.

The only people who get kicked on sight are infamous for joining and spamming paragraphs of conspiracy-theory laden text, and they get kicked because they are openly violating the ToS.

As someone who is a mentor on Goblin who left the NN I will say my take. That network is beyond saving due to the clique of mentors who are power hungry. They have shot themselves in the foot because they are incapable of seeing reason. They ban anyone for having a dissenting opinion other than their own. Yes, I know exactly of the spammer in question. Who literally pops in everyday to leave a 4 page macro only to be kicked. He does this because of the fact the clique mentors blacklisted him because of dissenting opinions. If the person commits the crime of course ban. But a 24 hour blacklist is ridiculous. The mentors in control of that NN are not judges juries and in this situation Banners. You are there to help sprouts and welcome them to the game. By having a clique of mentors with an elitist mindset you are ruining the experience of sprouts all because a select few lack the maturity to properly handle dissenting opinions.

How to fix said problem: A SE moderator needs to launch a thorough investigation into the NN to understand both sides of the story and issue correction measures to the problem.


As of 2 years ago. I refuse to be associated with that cesspool of a NN and instead am an officer of an FC whose soul dedication is to guide sprouts new to the game. I find their passions and goals and above all put them in the best situation to succeed and have fun in this game.

Big disagree. I'm from Crystal this has never happened. A single time. NN is literally my favorite chat to use at all times better than an FC or anything else. Sounds like a Aether problem. Maybe Primal.

When I DC travel to Tonberry, their NN is pretty chill most of the time. Meanwhile in other JP DC, mostly is just people mistype in wrong channel

old comment, but this is always happen in typhon, lmao. mostly macros like macro positions (ex and savage), shirk, rez, etc.

a few hours ago someone keep saying "turn the stance on ***(name)" multiple times in NN. like this player forgot to use party chat or something. If i see something like this, i always reply it with a troll comment like "no, i won't"

You don't need a crown to justify your knowledge and experience. Others will know that by just talking with you and verifying your honesty and integrity.

Just like degrees in relation to the job market lol. Merit and knowledge trumps symbolism any day of the week.

Playing on a JP data center, was returner for a week or so and joined the channel. It was perfectly peaceful with questions answered quickly and politely, although it was quiet most of the time with the occasional "hello" or "good night" etc.

Start giving 10 days bans to people that go against the ToS in NN, but only if mentors... if sprouts keep getting kicked for foul language... then they too shall have a 10 day ban... if it goes on again 30 days... and then account deletion by force... problem solved, most mentors don't even know that they have signed an additional ToS to abide by, by wearing the tag and such behaviour behind.

I have been kicked multiple times in the span of 2 weeks for "creating a disturbance" (Whatever the **** that means.) I was there when CT joined and did not spam. In fact I warned him not to or I would kick him myself. Alas, someone insta kicked him and when I made it clear that was the wrong decision and why, I was kicked. Instead of taking either side, I spent the time to better understand both parties and after listening to both; I concured that both are in the wrong and both parties are handling the matter wrong. Note, I have never spammed NN but I made my point clear where I stand to the dismay of the elitist mentors like AS and 2 others.

I know where I stand and I won't compromise my principles or morals to a bunch of mentors who think they own that NN. I can help sprouts the same without the network.
