Problem with the new deep dungeon (Eureka Orthos)

I’ve soloed both current deep dungeons but if they are gonna gate the new one like this I’m out!

What are you calling a gate? It has the same kind of lock outs the other two have. Have X done and like HoH have lv 50 of PotD completed. Seeing who is part of the unlock quest it makes sense that you wouldn't be able to unlock this until post 6.0. At least from a lore perspective.
