Oce players have an active party finder, you can get things done in peak times
.....problem is people want to do those things outside of peak times..........and they CANT

The main problem is RMT, from my experience, with little to nothing done by SE at all.
Has zero to do with anything.

There are many players who stay to make the data centre better and are trying hard.
Many arent for good reason

Thanks to all the oce players who putting that extra effort in!
Amelimie...many of the players who leave OCE are going back to JP datacentres...just so you know.
