I once saw half an alliance get splattered because of not moving out of it fast enough. Unfortunately I was on BRD that run. *sad BRD noises*Telling people to sprint is good blanket advice, but if you know what you're doing and get out early then you don't need to sprint to survive.
If you're sucked into the centre by the second pull then yes, you need to be sprinting to get out before the blast goes off, but if you're far away enough before the pull-in, you'll only get dragged to the edge of the circle and can escape at normal speed.
Also, once you've escaped the second pull, you can stop running as soon as you're outside the circle. Some people keep running out to the edge when they don't need to.
This one is beyond your help. Only sleep can save her now.
