Instant death mechanics in general should not exist in a game with tickrates this low, and I agree that SAM LB is an issue in non-CC game modes since you often can't really choose whether or not to use AOE damage - a WAR cannot separate the stun from the damage on their Primal Rend, for example. It isn't without counter-play, but the counter-play is... not very fun.

I just accept that FL is never going to be balanced. It wasn't exactly balanced in Shadowbringers, so why would it be here?
