Combo Light Blinking

I don't mean to be rude, I just don't understand the problem ya'll are having.

The icons blink when an action is made available. It blinks when your reaction commands are ready or when the combo commands are ready. I don't understand what the difference is between a solid glow or the blink.

Headache mostly.

I also prefer the solid one. Now i have to wait the purple circle to pop (again) to be sure i'm on the right skill to continue my combo (gamepad user here), even if i can deal with it, i'd still rather prefer the solid one, if they can bring it back to us, i'd be happy.

Personally I have 2 reasons:

1. I prefer solid rings over blinking overall. Not a big deal though. I can deal with it.
2. More importantly, I would have liked there to be a distinction between combo commands and reaction commands. Even if something as subtle as a color difference.
