    No. If anything, people should be slowed down in unsynced dungeons.

    There are just three reasons why people run dungeons unsynced:

    1. To scam mentor dungeon completions.
    2. To scam Chloe
    3. For glamour

    Since 66.6666% of the reasons for doing unsynced are people trying to scam, the final 33.3333% of people should suffer.
