Second Wind is a terrible ability and either needs redesigned or outright removed.

Monk get the trait that makes second wind even better if i remember right. so other melees don't get that we get the base from of second wind.

Just to correct this, they haven't had the trait since SB when the role actions were introduced and, to go on from that, no job has any traits that directly affect Role Actions.
