Ideas to free up more plots

So after losing a 1 in 3 to a guy who got lucky and bid last minute on a plot that was close to my friend's house I thought of possible solutions to free up more plots in general.

1 House per account, not per world, not per character, but per subscription.
People who have more than one house are given the option to forfeit and obviously get refunded 100% of their money used to buy said house.

Increase the price of buying a house. Hate this one all you want but if you can't get a few mils you probably aren't playing this game consistently, aka. they will unsub eventually.

Continue the auto-demolition for NA at the very least. I understand the morality of stopping auto-demolition but I don't see why it's in NA. So many say that people in Ukraine have accounts in NA servers but that is in the extreme minority and Ukrainians
who have a house playing on NA servers are a much smaller minority in that bunch.

Increasing the requirements to buy a house. I feel like finishing the MSQ should be a requirement, this will mostly be done to prevent and slow down bots from overwhelming the market.

Your own additions are welcomed.

PS: I already own a medium, I want my friends to get a good chance at getting a house too.

1 house per account isn't feasible, when we can't access the house on our alts. And many people play on more than one server/DC. I'd rather they simply figure out how to provide enough housing for everyone. Also grandfathering is a thing, and there simply aren't a lot of people who own more than one personal home anymore, and since it is now impossible to own more than one personal per server, the number is slowly dwindling anyway.

Here's a few more reasonable ideas:

Instanced housing. Everyone gets a house on every character after certain criteria are met. Make it part of the MSQ if you want, or make it part of Island Sanctuary. Make it an actual house, not a breadbox apartment.

Allow alts on the same server to access a ward style personal house. Not a part of the tenant system, just alts on the same account as the owner can access and use the house as if they were the owner. Tenants are unrelated accounts allowed to have access.

For free companies, close the loopholes on bidding. A character bidding on an FC house must meet the same requirements as someone buying a personal house. Must be lvl 50, 2nd Lieutenant with their GC. (And maybe if transferring FC leader, the new leader must meet the same requirements or else the transfer can't be made.)
