Well, what if you didn’t have a phone to use Discord with? Not a good excuse. We can all agree that call-out are good, and Cactpot just gives us a machine version.

So, the question is: is it okay for parties to mandate Cactpot? I say yes. And if you’ve agreed with me so far, there’s no logical reason why you wouldn’t agree here.

The only real difference is that a good shot caller is correct most of the time. Cactbot is literally never wrong.
