Justification for mockery is never objective as mockery and choosing to do so are inherently subjective. Mockery has no social benefit other than amusement on behest of failure or negative aspects of others.

I am genuinely disinclined to believe that you can provide us scientifically accurate data and statistics indicating that the justification is indeed objectively acceptable.

I am not aware of quantifyable data proving such nonsense existing and assuming so would go against common sense.
I am however willing to be proven wrong IF you can provide data proving such beyond reasonable doubt.
