As a healer main, considering the state of healing, at the moment, I don't see any problem with Remolia's approach. It's not as if they won't have all they need to take care of the party for 90% of content.

On topic, I, too, am disappointed with the limitations on the job system. I was hoping to see more interactivity between jobs learned, but we ended up going in the opposite direction.

The reason they have 19 jobs is because that's the content of the game, the actual content itself is boring after 3 tries.

It would be nice to see Conjurer just adding a challenge, but it did not go well the last time I saw it attempted. Granted, it was from an under-geared Sprout ... However, we are talking about the very first boss of Main Scenario Roulette being impossible. Only Medica 2 was present for a HoT and the Cure 2 spam was not cutting it. The game definitely encourages new players to pick a job class since it gives you job specific gear for the level 50 range.

I can discuss what can be done to shuffle around the spells to add damage utility, but I don't think downgrading to Conjurer is the right way to do it. Not taking the job class simply means you will output less healing and damage with no other way of making up for it. Conjurer doesn't even have Holy either, so your only AoE is using Aero 2 on everything with no stuns. The tanks likely may not be able to do those big pulls anymore.

I am playing and queuing like this for 2 years.

I even have 3 conjurer gear sets, with different stats focus and level scaling.

If some one plays not the way u like, it does not mean the player is griefer. What next? You gonna bully tanks who does not know about A B C rule when finding their add in Alliance? Players, who does not use melds and food buffs? Healers who does not know, that rescue exists? Healers who does not minmax "better stats fro dps" with materia? Lalafels, who have small signature, and its harder to catch them with mouse cursor? Players, who does not keep "Transcendent" buff after being resurrected, and got deleted by next AOE in a split second? Healers, who does not dps at all? DPS, who randomly attacks adds when u ask not to do it. Players, who jump down in Labyrinth of the Ancients, when they should use stairs instead? Music bots and naked people in Lumsa? Players who does not create an adventurer card?
We are playing a video game, chill.
