    It's a general trend that things from the Live Letter will be openly discussed on the General Discussion Forums. It's really only common to spoiler text things from the patch that happen in the game, not information publicly provided by the developers. If you're worried about not knowing what is revealed in a Live Letter and prefer to find out about it all in game, you may want to keep that in mind.
