I don’t have the patience to deal with what I can only assume are 12 year olds who are too eager to try and one up each other on the victim scale after being called out for behaving in a way that is neither becoming of standard social norms nor does it afford any respect any to these relatives who may or may not be dead. Now they’re finding it trendy to pretend as if they’ve been “dehumanized.” Enough.

I could just as easily reveal my HIV status in attempt to clap back at these individuals who don’t know the first thing about being “dehumanized” but I will refrain from doing so.

This community has a bad enough issue when it comes to emotional manipulation and the childish way this expansion has gone about these heavier topics has only enabled them further, I fear. If nothing else it’s a point of reflection for those of us who are fond of writing to avoid the mistakes that Endwalker made, and is still making for the Omicron quests judging off the script that is available for everyone to read.
