The only issue i have with this, is when they go to ANOTHER datacenter and spam up the PF with their adverts on throwaway accounts.

Seraph PF has more adverts for other DC's than anything else, cant these people go back to the home server and leave us alone.

I'm sure you'll be fine. I don't RP at all but I'm on Balmung and love it just because people actually talk. When I was on Faerie it felt like pulling teeth to get anyone into a conversation.

Same. Some venue/FC shouts can get quite cringe.

On OP's post however... All I can say is to grow up in turn. Because yeah, they shouldn't be saying that so brazenly in public, but if you don't look past the filth and constantly expect spaces to be kosher, you're in for a shock. Basically, expect the worst out of people even in regulated areas.

Of course, we also don't know what was being said apart from vague mentions of the intensity, which is subjective. :| for all we know, it could be rather tame.

Ok, I didn't know about Balmung being THAT server when I joined but I leave for Seraph as soon as it was allowed and boom... here they are again, absolutely disgusting ads and ceaseless spam about adult topics and if you say a word against it YOU are the one with an account warning.

I know I can just turn off public chat but if I wanted to play a game alone I would not be on a MMO. I have played a LOT of MMOs and by FAR the worst about this is FF.

I'm on Seraph and though I have seen the ads for the nightclubs and the occasional f-word, there has been zero "vulgar/adult topic" ads or conversations in NN or anywhere I've been. When do you play? What cities or areas do you hang out in where you see this? Have you reported it or just venting about it here?

You can report any usage of dirty words, you can't report advertising for being advertising.


So, yes, go ahead, report every single dirty word you see, it'll eventually get processed.

I'd suggest going through the rules and knowing, and reporting, exactly what bits it breaks.

Eh sorry to break this to you but ... that's a moot point. I'm on Gilgamesh and I think 80%-90% of the nightclub advertisement come from other serves.
