If so, good on them, and they should focus their attention to casters and ranged to bring them parity. A level playing field is to everyone's advantage, and keeps comps varied and interesting.
Ic, thanks for explaining. So the amount of parses shown in that link is incorrect? Don't think one day of loggings will reach those numbers.
