    WOW considers anyone who isnt American as a 3rd class customer, full stop, they could do loads, they just dont CARE.

    Not so, Dixie, SE has to me a much better attitude towards its customers, we cant say they dont communicate and at least they TRY..which is more than I can say for some. No one is perfect, things can always be better. but credit where its due.
