I feel like cover is a big reason why PLD's current defensives are possibly bad, two raid wides should generally are also another reason I guess?

Wondering if there could be a rework for cover where it would become a PLD tanking cd that could also be used on others.
I feel like the current problem with cover is that it's too niche, theirs many changes to either overhaul it or buff it that would make PLD a much better job personally.

More issues like: Raid wides not effecting the paladin and both being janky, Intervention being worse then holy shelltron, other targetable short cds are generally the same or better, Blocks being a bit situational (normally not a issue but with dots and stuff it can be), PLDS sustain being tied mostly to dps rotation unlike warrior whos free to use their sustain when they want, HG being super long ect.

Not like PLD's a bad "defensive tank" arguably it's pretty strong in aoe situations and dungeon runs, but it's kit certainly doesn't translate well in raids or sustained hard hitting fights. I think the problem is in general its defensive kit is very janky needs some fixing and at least making cover less situational and a few other things would put PLD's defensives on par with the other tanks.

I'd personally go further as I do think PLD should be the king of support and great defensively but I know that will have to be weighed aganist things like damage, so it can be kinda hard to make sure PLD does enough but its utilites are enough to justify being like 0.5%-1% behind the top or something.
