BLU has been vastly better content than like half of the attempts at side content they have since tried, so I'd rather see more limited Jobs with their own thing that make use of the already existing stuff to some point rather than dead on week 1 stuff.

I switched to PLD in SHB but I hear war is still a solo'n machine.

It crazy folks complain about homogenous classes yet hate the one class that doesn't suffer from that apparent issue.. And want to turn into a class with that issue... Do people actually know what they want? I wonder...

BLUs issue is just that it should be updated. We should be at level 80 now imo. I DONT however need it to keep up with current classes. BUT give us more BLU centric content like say...a battle royal. Instead of guns traditionally make it spells that you find.

Likewise. I liked how in FFXI I could just roam and level in the overworld at my leisure regardless of whatever class I was. Obviously stuff like Crawler's Nest is good for grinding too and better in several respects, but I don't have that same kind of freedom of choice in FFXIV.

It would be so much better if we could level up like this outside dungeon.
The world of FFXIV is dead outside of the cities. No one roams it because it's flat and there's no reasons to outside of FATES and hun trains.
It's really sad to see compared to other MMO.

Limited jobs had potential. The problem is, SE generally half***es and underdelivers most content that is not part of their standard patch cycle.

I hope so. Gold saucer is begging for a limited job (Triadmancer? Gambler?), and something like Beastmaster could be something like a weird customizable Trust system combined with Pokemon.

I have no idea what "hardcore" content would look like with them, but I'm not entirely sure that's the point. Fun weird stuff on the side is something this game (and XI in its heyday) excels at.

I'd so be up for a gambler or something like the merchant from Bravely default
