Please adjust Delubrum Reginae (Normal)'s barrier of entry.

The "barrier of entry" is fine. The issue with DR is that there's very little reason for people to run it again once they're done with Bozja and/or their relics.

My solution: Make it give massive amounts of XP for 80 to 90 and add it to the Alliance Raids Roulette pool. As is, and as some have mentioned here before me, PF is your best option right now.

Indeed, what about them? DR is perfectly doable without them and imho is better to have a full party from a roulette than struggle to JUST get into the dungeon.
