    I don't think the game needs anything revolutionary to continue holding my interest, either.

    I'd just like the core gameplay to be touched up in some regards, more/better lasting content that can hold player interest for a prolonged period of time, and more focused MSQs/expansions like HW/ShB that give a singular region the time it needs to develop,

    I hope we get Beast Master as a job in 7.0, if not then, then I'll be hoping for it every time a new expansion comes.

    I don't care if it's a Tank or DPS, I'd like it to have dual maces.

    I hope they do something about all the tech tax they have accumulated. 7.0 will be a good time to deal with at least some of it since they are planning on improving the visuals among other things.

    I doubt they are going to make a massive undertakement like reworking the netcode, but it would be amazing to not have to predict things in PvP and instead just reacting to what you see would be enough.

    I would personally prefer to see them focus their energy and efforts on polishing and fixing existing systems and jobs, instead of trying to reinvent and revolutionize anything. I will go a step further and say I wish that they would forget any new features for a while and just focus on what they have. More story, more dungeons, etc.

    Yeah, that's why I was saying I'd like the shared experience of ARR to Endwalker, but branch off from there. The people that don't care as much about the RPG can buy a skip to post-Endwalker and take their pick of which post-Endwalker expansion from there in the order they'd like -- though the WoL MSQ would provide necessary context to understand what happens in those post-Endwalker expansions.

    I don't know if it would be possible with the way our gear is currently set up, but I like the thought of being free of the MSQ ticker to an extent. Progression past Endwalker in this scenario would be sandboxed to each individual expansion, in the way your Eureka progression doesn't have an impact on your Bozja progression.

    If carries on way, it is now Id probs won't be here in next 10 years.
    I want Lot QOL but think lot stuff I would like would have to be in a new game.

    I just want them to take lot more risks and be more creative with everything and not if works stick to same layout or what have you for 10 years.

    But yeah, with levels just Reloop and call them ascended levels or something.

    I'm not that interested in the next 10 years at all really. I fully respect people who enjoy ff14, but personally I only play this game to raid because there isn't a better alternative. I don't think this is a good game overall anymore. If something better comes along that I can invest into, I'm gone.

    Hopes for 7.0
    Reworked combat for many things, Healers generally getting more damaging buttons (not so much), Tanks hopefully get more to be separate from one of each other, "120" windows reverted from EW, allowing more job designs for sustained jobs, Adding two jobs likely a Caster and a melee (possible tank Instead depending on if 6 melees is too much). In general I want some "risks" in the design of 7.0 at least stuff that would bring some new life into the game 6.0 somehow played it too safe and messed up a lot of job design with "burst into 120 meta"

    Even more in the "future" 8.0
    Hopefully if they find better combat for jobs in 7.0 they can expand on the design of that, making it more fresh and interesting, they will likely add A phys ranged and a Tank or melee (depending on whats added in 7.0).

    EDIT:
    I'll add that I do think the devs will likely address some issues with 6.0 job design and that (hopefully) what we're dealing with right now is only temporarily, I'm not going to be too negative about it right now personally but I do think the community feedback has been strong enough to hopefully get noticed.
