Updated the first post on the thread with my SCH theorycraft finally for anyone interested.

Can you clarify for me, is the only CD on Libra it's Aetherflow cost? It doesnt appear to have an actual hard CD listed in the document. Basically, the line about Chain Stratagem in Bane's description says 'duration is the full duration of the original effect'. If we took a 2target Savage/Ultimate fight (say, BJ/CC phase in TEA), if I read this right, you'd be able to Bane the ChainStrat effect at 1sec to put it back to 15sec on the other boss, and just keep alternating which has the debuff, for insane (and probably not intentional on your part) uptime. I assume you meant 'current remaining time on effect', so Bane-ing a 4sec remaining ChainStrat would place 4sec of ChainStrat on everything hit by that Bane?

My bad on Libra, I'll add that. Yeah it's only restricted by Aetherflow largely. It'd have a cooldown of 1 second. As for Bane I copied the old description of the effect from Stormblood. I believe it did the full duration of the spell's effect on DoTs so you weren't losing seconds from the application of them all, but you make a good point on Chain Stratagem. What I'll do is adjust the wording to specify that spreading Chain Stratagem is an additional effect that has a timer of the effect's remaining duration.
