There's a similar thing in one of the lv60 post-msq dungeons. I think it's the one with the bouncing whirlwinds at the start and the push-off-platform bird boss at the end?

In the last section before the last boss, there's like.. whirlpools of water or something. If you stand in them, you get a bubbly water surface covering your screen.

Aaaaaaaaaah right, i forgot about that one. Loved that one too.
Really hoping we get something for our housing area or more of these effects in future patches.

Edit: The effect with the dandelion spores stays though, as long as you are inside the foggy circle. The water geyser doesn't :3
