There is valuable feedback here. But when people feel like they're being ignored for so long (case in point, onsal invuln capping), no shit they get bitter and start throwing around insults. First reports of the "intended-unintended" interaction came in around April and were fixed mid October. Between that time period people were talking about it nonstop, but nothing was being done, no matter how the feedback was being phrased. It's plain to see the western side of the forum just isn't being read whatsoever
No. SE has pretty consistently ignored the western playerbase on feedback. We basically don't have community managers or anything to aggregate and communicate feedback to them.
This issue is the most obvious example. We've been trying to bring attention to it for 6+ months and literally nothing changed or was acknowledged. The JP playerbase started talking about it a month or so ago when it became more widespread there, and it's changed relatively quickly. Even mentioned a few weeks ahead of time.
We were pretty blatantly ignored.
Wait, I thought V&C was mostly requested by Western player. Oh wait, doesn't healer have more heals to do this Tier due to amount of feedback from this particular forum?
Also wait, the big timer skill cooldown also because western players asking for add-on replacement.
I think it's the opposite, they've consistently listened to feedbacks but players just want "ALL" their feedbacks to be heard.
It's just most of the time "You think you want it, but you don't" - J. Allen Brack
