Isekai + Fantasia?

Being able to live for 200+ years and stay physically young seems awesome.

Do you really want to live for two hundred years and see many of your friends and loved ones die before you're even halfway through your normal lifespan? You'll end up living two or three full human lives before it's your time to go.

That's why I'm glad Elezen only have a slightly longer than average human lifespan.


My wife just started playing the game and made a hottie Thighlander. I want to get zapped into the game even more now!

You do make a nice point. I suppose it would depends of my situation when coming to this other world.

If i'm coming with other players i know, then i would stay a lalafell. Like you said, i'd rather have the same experience as people i would tag along with.

If i'm coming alone, then i would use a Fantasia and be a male viera. With no attachment to anyone, i would explore all of Etheirys and beyond if possible.
I would do if for a lifetime if it's what it takes to see most things that world has to offer.

Once i've done that, i would settle down in the place i liked the most and live a peaceful life as a crafter.

I guess it would feel pretty sad to have my chocobos dies of old age before me multiple times.
