The players that are single-targeting a group of mobs might not know any better. And some percentage of those players will actually listen to constructive criticism. Then in the future, those now-enlightened players might help out the future generation.

Of course, there are still that other remaining fraction that will refuse to learn or listen to reason or good advice. Not much we can do about them. But the way I see it... I can't tell you the last time any party I had in DF failed to complete a duty. Maybe LotA back during its heyday. So instead of a 15 minute clear of a dungeon, it is a 20 minute clear. Move on.

This is the reason why I personally stopped using DF outside of Expert for tomes. Along with people entering content with vastly lower ilvl gear, I'll just point it out. Based on answer, I'll either just eat the 30 to go play something else or complete the instance then BL afterwards.

Just gonna state the obvious that some who play this game just don't care about playing it the way people would expect/hope them too. To them it's just a game to play for an hour and then dip off to something else so why bother perfecting a rotation or learn all of their skills? Or maybe it's a troll and they just wanna piss people off. Thinking Square is going to do anything about it though is laughable because that side of the playerbase is one they are trying to attract which is obvious by how they're slowly dumbing down classes rather than making them harder.

All you can really control is yourself in this matter. Expecting them to punish people or do anything about it is a waste of time. If your group isn't meeting your expectations then make whatever choice is best for you. You can't control anyone else.

Yeah you can control yourself and make that choice for yourself. If you have lead, by all means. If you don't though and they refuse to, the choice is on you to leave, educate calmly or bare with it. There's no option that involves forcibly changing another person's mentality.

Again, you can't control them or make them do anything. All you can do is make a decision for yourself. Wishing they used trust isn't just going to make them suddenly leave the dungeon and go queue for a trust. If the group is not going at a pace you seem suitable, make a choice for yourself and leave, vote kick if you have lead, try to educate them calmly on how to play or just sit and deal with it and get the clear anyway.

There's no way to just take control of another human and make them do what you want.

If we 3 people get deiced to kick that one person thats not helping thats fine, but however we are going to see people getting upset that they are getting vote kicked. And they get to suffer the consequences. It is on us as a player base to educate through negative reinforcement

I mean, that's life. You can't get always get what you want or always have a good time in a game where majority rules.

If three people want Person A removed then oh well, they don't fit with the wants of the majority. Queue for another and try again. One bad group shouldn't become the automatic assumption that all groups will be bad. Person A could even queue for another roulette and ask their group what they could do to improve/avoid that situation from happening again if it affects them badly.

A lot of people are glad to help, just they stay quiet unless asked because half the time people scream at them and then report for harassment.
