How do you think the new DC community is going to be like?

If I had to guess, itll be pretty barren. Just gotta look at OCE and how that went. People were asking for it for years and now it's so quiet (apparently) they're struggling to do things due to ridiculous queue times. I dont really see a point in moving world when that's the case, but then again I'm not really bothered about housing

That's because contrary to what this forum kept saying, the number of OCE players, let alone those who wanted to migrate, was always very small.
There are more English speaking latin american players than there ever were from oceania. This was really just a bad call from Yoshida.

Yoshida made a LOT of bad calls. Housing delayed... putting it in Sydney and not Singapore.... not allowing DC travel to NA.... However, just to clear up, the forum voice asking for the regional servers was pretty much non-existant. That part is made up. Brazil asks for it a lot, the call from ANZ was close to non-existent.

That said, the DC is now quite healthy for something that is still new. Yoshida can still improve it though, but he's stubborn and doesn't listen to the community.

I have no doubts Dynamis will stay healthy and grow too, but it will also stay quite quiet for a very long time. It will also likely have the same detractors, and they are simply never helpful.

OCE is an entirely different problem due their population not being enough.

A new NA DC opens up a lot of possibilities housing wise.
