They don't want you to take advantage of the multiple sales on both sites and Steam wallet. Purely a business decision.

May I ask, what is it about the Steam version that you want it over the Windows version? I guess maybe if you use Steam a lot and want the convenience of it in your list. I don't see how it would be much different.

I want steam so i can play on my steam deck, i wanna do it the legit way and not by installing apps or anything to do it.
