Encountered a bard last night in Bardam's mettle that did not bother to dot anything at ALL while they sang, and even then they barely sang.

'twas an archer in disguise, which made my mnk alt sad.

I was just in a run of the Dead Ends with a GNB, a DRG and a RPR. With me as SGE.

The GNB refused to use any cooldown other than Rampart and Heart of Corundum, especially when it was clear that his wall-to-wall pulls were getting spicy.
I point it out the moment we get to Ra-La and ask him "Tank, I'm sorry but could you maybe use Nebula or Camouflage and not just Rampart and Heart of Corundum? Those skills are really good and would even help me not run out of resources fast"
To which tank replied... "I am using them".
...listen here you little classless catastrophe. I don't care if you're using them or not, the whole dungeon's behind us and I needed to conjure up heals out of Dynamis to put up with you. I don't care if you're gonna keep on being my problem or somebody else's problem. But let me tell you this. As a healer, I ALWAYS pay attention to what my tank is using, because it's not just a "me" job. I can handle most tanks just fine as any healer, Scholar included, but when they do the absolute bare minimum and then have the gall to say I'm blind, now that I do not tolerate. I don't care who you are, I WILL shove that Gunblade where the Little Sun don't shine!
And Radovan, stop giving Gunblades willy nilly, not everyone deserves one. The legacy of Bozja is NOT WORTH THIS.
...so I just replied with "No you have not. I have been looking at your HP bar this entire time. You haven't used them." and carried on my way...

RPR kept just eating all the AoEs. Fun.
And the DRG did also eat some AoEs and often forgot mechanics but at least he was a sport about it. They did just ignore positionals completely, but I honestly can't blame them when so much keeps going wrong.
And it's not like I'll deny I caused a wipe once by standing in the bad myself oops. But at least I admitted it by saying "aw hell, my bad sorry xD"

I swear, I ran out of resources both in mob pulls and in bosses. Like, what the actual hell. I'd be fine with inexperienced players, I'm even fully willing to explain mechanics. I'd be 100% fine with mismanagement of cooldowns, because it at least shows me you're trying and probably are willing to learn. But you're level 90 and you still haven't put it together that there are buttons you press? Why is it okay for me to conjure up heals and be creative, pressing every button I have (Zoe, Rhizomata, Krasis, even bloody Pepsis!) to heal you, but it's not okay for you to press a freaking Nebula when you wall pull?

And then you give your healer lip?

they probably did it beforehand and it's not like they have control over their dc person will come back or not, but its sad for you

I witnessed this happening few das ago in Fell Court of Troia. PLD tank dcs early in first boss. No biggie, we pushed through. As a SCH, I was already excited to start the next pulls without tanks... only to see a vote dismiss happening right after the boss ends. The moment I vote'd "No", that PLD came back very briefly (about 3 seconds) before getting booted out. That... felt very bad...
