We're paying for this game, right? So SE should give us the respect by thoroughly explaining why a 6-8 hour maintenance (merging data [even if the data was taken from old hardware and implemented onto new hardware] does NOT take 10+ hours, FACT, unless they have tens of terabytes of data, which I highly doubt) took 13 hours. Forget that this product we're paying for is just for entertainment, that it's a game.. imagine if a hospital depended on this product, imagine an ISP being down for 13 hours and how many businesses depend on the ISP in order to process credit card payments..

This is unprofessional, honestly.

just look at it this way. it's the best way for se to make sure their jp players get all the retainer slots in the wards. good luck getting a retainer up unless you stay up for it or else it will be full.
