No, on the contrary, I think it is a perfectly valid reading of her personality, her actions and her "love" considering all she did and what her "children" in fact are - the remaining fragments of her people after her genocide of them. These actions may be justified in your mind, but I am simply labelling them what they are and pointing out these kind of claims of "love" are meaningless in isolation and not dissimilar to those a narcissist may utter to those they claim they're benefitting out of "love".
