My first thought is actually botters who use the housing for gardening to get the items you can ONLY get by gardening which half the community is excluded from. So making those items super expensive in MB.

Weirdly enough, that won't be "botters" as then supply would be greater.

When there are more people who can grow them than use them they become very cheap. Even if they take about 15 days with RNG, the price can still drop a lot.

We've been selling them for about 65,000 each recently, today the price is a little higher:



(from that 65,000--73,000 or so, about 10,000 is the cost of the dirt for the RNG crosses, so it's 60,000 profit today for 15 days daily watering)

Jute, cloudsbreath and all the other items are now cheaper than the cost of the dirt to grow them.

I’m genuinely curious: How many empty fc plots remain on your server?

I’ve seen similar buying patterns of fc plots on Faerie (the ward of small piassa cottages is a real “treat”) — but at the same time, we still have 75+ small FC plots sitting empty in Empyreum.

I’m not defending the multi-buying, but it’s also not holding back an FC from owning a house. Yet….

There will be some, but I don't think it's RMT in bulk on Materia. There are other things at play here on Materia.

Materia is a bit of a special case as it's been isolated. As you'd know before you went back to tonberry, most of us are the only people in our wards. So no biggy to me if someone has a number of houses on Materia, even a whole ward... better than all the Materia wards having empty plots - especially Goblet.

This could be fixed IF Yoshi P cared but they don't nor has it been listed as a known exploit. Anyone that doesn't think they are aware of players doing this is living under a rock. It doesn't even take multiple accounts to do, just 1 account. SE introduced a broken system again, players took advantage. Don't hate the players, hate Yoshi P for not caring what you want.
