Obviously there is only one correct answer for this.

Okay, okay, I'm kidding of course. Yikes, what a tough choice! If you don't really know how to dance, my personal gut instinct is to say pick something slow that you can just sort of casually sway around to and don't try anything fancy. I think the Crystarium Night Theme is one of the most breath-takingly gorgeous pieces in the whole game, although to get through a single round of that takes about four minutes and that is probably going to feel like an eternity for both you and everyone else. Maybe you can have somebody do an announcement partway through to call for the rest of the guests to join in dancing if they want, so you can finish the song. I think that could turn out really nice.

I would also suggest "Hearthward," the theme of the Firmament -- as that is just such a great, triumphant, feel-good piece of music -- but maybe only if you're both crafters and actually know this music. Otherwise it's just kind of random.

Hey, the basic character creation/selection music is also beautiful! It could work! Or if you're both fans of Final Fantasy in general, find a version from one of the other games in the series. FFIX has a particularly nice one.
