The loot system needs a little bit of a revamp.

You're not supposed to be able to be BiS quickly. That's the entire point of lockouts. The loot system is fine.

The argument isn't that it takes time, it's that it takes too much time. No-one is expecting BiS week 1.

It's especially galling for those that can't, or don't want to exclusively play a single job endgame. For a game that encourages playing other classes, it makes it incredibly tedious to actually gear them properly.
