Assuming they want to go down that path. We know that they're not going for the old system and have preferred to make a constitution based on Garlean rule. Whether this means they'll be a republic or if they'll Magna Carta their Queen remains to be seen.

I'm not exactly sure how the UK works, but maybe it could be like that: The monarchy are still around, but only really handle interactions with world leaders, while the goverment part handles making and upholding laws, etc.

So maybe a new Bozjan Queen could be brought about like that, but they wouldn't hold all the power in their country.

That would be neat. So far, it doesn't seem like Hrothgar women exist outside of Bozja and who knows where they are inside now. So it would be neat to see the main main quest givers and stuff be partially made up of female Hrothgar for the Bozja Restoration, if we ever get one. It would also make for a great opportunity to learn more about Bozjan culture.:3

+1 for that, it would be a great way to see them as a teaser! And a Bozjan restoration would be a cool piece of content. But then it will come to whether it would be like the Ishgardian restoration craft-focused or more like a pest removal more battle-focused. It would be a great idea either way.
