I can promise you, I did none of that. I had several losing streaks that made me take a break for a day or two. I also tried to focus on what I can do better after every loss. Sometimes it was my fault, poorly timed LBs that secured no kills. Not focusing the right target, or god forbid being CC'd and obliterated. That situation feels the worst. I'm curious to see how games change at the higher ranks, if they do at all.

I ended up with one attempt into plat with a couple of diamonds. It....felt a bit different. So much less point sitting, lots of movement. I got murdered a lot...Monk + Rogue was deadly to my life. Felt kind of bad, I'm pretty sure I was the reason we lost that match, I just got stomped. The focus-switch to me when I entered the battle caught me completely off guard, even compared to the matches up through gold.

monks can two shot you, ninjas can outright just kill you if you are below half health.

Yeah, each tier you kind of have to relearn the popular strategies, and then roll the job match up randomizer. There was a running joke that crystal plays like bronze during season one and it wasn't too far off to be honest. Season two was just about the same with the added joy of sometimes queueing with the same 10 people over and over.
