I came here to see how it looks on Viera. I had no idea that that was a Viera, just thought it was a midlaner, until you pointed it out.

I am with you, racial features should not ever be removed! Or else what's the point of even having diverse races?

On all races it removes the tail.

The only reason this happens is that behind the clothes there is a tail, just like the minion Fat Cat.

I guess it'd be too much to ask for of SE for unique models, that take into account the races, on premium outfits?

What worries me the most is that this is going to become a trend. I'm trying to wake up some of the community on a post I made about racial traits, but it seems that few people care about that.
My only hope is that a decent MMORPG will emerge, so that I can do the same thing I did with Blizzard.

It worries me as well, as I have said. This is all normalization. Unfortunately, even among viera/hrothgar, and tailed race players, there are those who are completely fine with it as long as they can get hats, etc.. I'm the type of person that would literally be unable to use a piece if it removed my racial features. I wouldn't be caught in anything that removed my ears! When I still played au ra, I had made a thread about tails being removed, that thread was largely about all the capes being introduced in EW that removed tails.

The thing is, personally, I really like this game, and want to see it better, and not drop in quality. So I will keep giving feedback, and hoping that things will get better. I do hope if some new, good, competition in the mmorpg scene arrives, that might be a wake up call for SE.
